  4. Severe cough. Reduced. please advise!

Severe cough

My daughter is 3 years and 6 months and she is having a severe cough since 2 hours and her throat was also not good since morning and we gave phenergran cough syrup 2.5ml just a hour before but still her cough is not reduced. Please advise
