Having severe cough issues and it's become severe since last night I had to vomit today due to cough plz suggest some medicine for quick relief

HELLO, NEBULIZETION BY DUOLIN IN ANY LOCAL CLINIC TWO TIMES IF POSSIBLE FOR QUICK RELIEF. TABLET DERIPHYLLIN RETARD FIVE DAYS, TWO TIMES A DAY. TAB ZIFI200 TWO TIMES A DAY FOR THREE  DAYS. SYRUP AMBRODIL S 10 ML THREE TIMES A DAY.FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. LIGHT DIET.AVOID FRIED, GREASY JUNK FOOD. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUID. O.K, BYE.
