Hello doctor, I am having cold since 15 days I have taken many medicines including homeopathic but nothing works for long. With cold and blocked nostrils now I am having itchy throat and chest pain exactly after sneezing. How to treat them? And these are symptoms of what?

Is this some kind of seasonal disease in delhi? Take Tablet. Cetirizine one hour before sleep.Dont drive.If you feel  too sleepy take half at night for five days.
