4 weeks ago: Unprotected anal sex with girlfriend. 2 weeks ago: Discomfort in urethra, no discharge 1 week ago: Discomfort moving down toward right testicle 4 days ago: Dr. visit for suspected urethritis. Urine test. Put on 10 d PO bid doxycycline regimen. 3 days ago: Severe balanitis. Attempt treatment with Clotrimazole & Diflucan - symptoms persist. 2 days ago: Urine test for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, RPR = negative. Today: Balanitis & discomfort in vas deferens. Unsure whether to continue doxy
