The regime to follow will be
Simple painkillers like Paracetamol 1gram 4 times a day.
Diclofenac 50mg 3 times a day(if you Do not Have Gastritis, Asthma, Acidity,
Diabetes) taken AFTER food.
Hot fomentation for your back.
Stay mobile and active
Avoid any lifting or moving but do not take bed rest.
Not to go to gym or workout till things settle down.
Try this for a few weeks and things should get better. If not improving you need to see an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon for further assessment and management.
