Start your day with relaxation exercises like breathing, yoga or some physical activity that will give you the energy boost as well as a sense of target accomplishment. Over time this will help build focus and confidence. Physical manifestations of anxiety and fear are what causes your symptoms. You need to train yourself to set small and practical goals and work towards them to gain confidence that you can succeed.
