My son is 5 years old.since 3 years he is suffering from severe cough and nose block and vomiting..I do nebulisation..every time I ended up giving antibiotics..every 15 day's same story continuous.

His problems could be ppst nasal drip with sinusitis and with or without adenoid hypertrophy. He will need xrays of nasopharynx and paranasal sinuses to evaluate. Antihistamines and topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
