I've been having severe pain in my left side near my kidney and it goes all the way through my chest and lower back and when I left my legs it hurts in the middle of my back real

Get evaluation done by a urologist by physician clinical examination and by urine examination routine and microscopic and by ultrasonography of abdomen especially for the KUB region. An orthopedic opinion may also be required.treatment as per your clinical findings.
