Hi I am 26 years old women just got married 3 months back and I am having sever emotional breakdowns and cry spells. I also have too much rage and tend to fight get irritated so easily and start crying. I won’t be able to control these emotions no matter what and I am ruining all my relationship with everyone around me. Especially it gets worse with my husband. This usually starts a week before my periods sometimes it’s better sometimes it’s worse. Also the first day of my period is very painful. My gynaecologist asked me to start with my birth control pill Ovral L. Will this help? Does anyone have any suggestions?
