Not able to sleep ether of sides since 4 days.if I am messaging the area felling better for 2 hrs and again pain started.i am have ing the pain when I m talking and walking . Tablet ultraset taken still no relief . Pls guide

To answer that more information is needed as to the onset( sudden or gradual and progressive) like localised back pain or radiating to legs, associated fever, any urinary symptoms etc.
