As my age is 20 and I am taking seven seas cod liver oil capsules without any doctors consultation as I am taking it because there is some pain in my eyes at bad night and for skin growth because I am fighting with several small acne is it good for my health how many dosage can I taken it one day is it safe is there side effect of this plz doctors tell me how I take it dosage and for how many months
