I have been taking pexep 25 mg from 4 years for health anxiety , recently i tapered it down to 12.5 mg. Does changing this dosage cause serotonin syndrome ?

No it will not ..suppose u have this syndrome you will have anxiety, palpitations, sweating, high fever  etc withdrawal symptoms
