Seropositive rheumatoid arthritis
My father has recently been diagnosed with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis.He is a diabetic patient & has not suffered from any kind of joint pain before. A very active person by nature. Uric acid levels were found high and then he was on medication for a period of 3 months then the doctor suggested for the three test and results are positive.

If he never had joint pain and morning stiffness then diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis is unlikely eventhough the test is positive. As their are set criteria to diagnose it in which person must have multiple joint pain and morning stiffness..
Many a times test may have false positive reports and it's always to be correlated with clinical findings.
