Seroma after gynecomastia

Hi i had a cosmetic surgery in April this year for mild gynecomastia correction, the doc did removed the gland and did a lypo as well, everything went well but I still feel a very little seroma in nipple area, which make nipple little puffy, this is very mild but, or may be it's little fat, I am not sure pls help.
