Hello, I wasn't quite sure what to categorize this as but anyway, I have what appears to be a Sentinel tag but I have never experienced unusual pain during bowel movements. Is it possible to have a Sentinel tag develop for no reason or is it always symptomatic of a fissure? I also am MSM, not sure if that's medically relevant but I imagine MSM people have higher rate of anal fissure.
