Hi, I have very sensitive Frenulum. I ejaculate just by pulling the foreskin fully for few seconds. I have mild frenulum breve. 6 months back I couldn't even retract my foreskin. But now, I am able to retract almost. But still its not automatically pulling back when I am erect and have some bend of the penile head.

Hello, sensitive frenulum is a function issue however if you've frenulum breve then it becomes a structural issue which may cause you trouble as you've already mentioned. Visit an andrologist he may guide you for a proper surgical procedure to be opted if and when required. Slight bent of head of penis is normal.
