Sensation of needles and pins in my penis during sexual intercourse. Recently, I had cut on my penis (near foreskin) during sexual intercourse which healed after 10-15days. Now, I don’t see any wound or bleeding in my penis. Today when I tried having sexual intercourse, I started feeling heavy pain which sensed like a needle prickle.
