My sperm count is 80milions active motile is 10% sluggish is 50% non motile is 40% .can it sufficient or not to make pregnant

Count is quite good but actively motile sperm is very low the normal actively motile sperm is 60% we can go with proper ayurvedic medicine to increase ur actively motile sperm
