I'm suffering from this condition since few months and because of this condition i find my penis size shrinking. The condition is this that I'm getting seminal discharge everytime from my penis earlier it was only after peeing but now it happens everytime. Please it will be really helpful if someone help me out it this condition. Suggest some good medicine or cure for this condition.
