Hello, i am suffering from semen lekage from past 6 7 months my semen leaks out without erection on even small arousal and when i try to control it i feel pain near testis nightfall also occurs if i do not masturbate for 4 5 days i tried homeopathic medicine also but it has no effect please help me out.
