I've precum when ever I get sexually aroused... Sometimes I've it even when I've sexual thoughts... The condition started about a month ago... Previously I used have semen leakage after I had ejaculated. Also it's difficult for me maintain an erection or delay the ejaculation... Now I'm having the feeling that I've leakage all the time... I've the feeling that the tip of my penis is always wet... I used to masturbate a lot over the years and I gradually reduced the frequency to once in a week...
