When I woke up in morning...I found my pant wet with penis erected...this occurs once in every 7-10 days and Sometimes continuous for 1-2 days earlier it use to occur rarely like once or twice a month but since two month it is occurring once in 7-10 days...even I don't masturbate a single time...it usually occurs when bladder is full and I feel urge to urinate urine and USG reports are also normal.....is it occuring due to not doing masturbation or something else...what is the solution for it...
