Hi Practo user As far as I can understand that you are talking about lack of sperm in semen. In biopsy result if you don't have sperm cells then it's very hard to produce sperm in your semen. But you should don't loose your hope. You should consult with your all investigations report and medications history regarding this concern. Thank you
