I did semen analysis just before planning for kid. I got 3-4/hpf pus cell in 2.7 ml semen with 90 million count. Motility as per below Active Motile 50%, Moderately Motile 20%, Sluggish motile 10% and Non Motile 20%.

Count is good... but motality is low... It should be atleast 80%.. Take ayurvedic medicine.. To increase motility.. To be sexually fit completely.. To be a father soon
