Semen count drop to 0 in second test

In the 1st test semen count was 30mill/ml but they were immotile. Doctor gave me ferti sure and Parti Plus table which i took for 1 month. Then i went for 2nd test. there were no sperm. I also repeated the test but again the count were 0. There is no FRUCTOSE either. Also i dont see any pre cum now.
