Brown particles in semen then it went away for few times. It changed to black tiny particles in semen. Burning after urination. Ass itching. Sitting for long period increases urine frequency. Tests Cbc - normal Kub - normal TRUS - normal Urine re/me - normal Urine culture - normal Scrotal ultrasound - normal Semen analysis - normal Semen culture - normal Herpes/chlamydia/ syphilis - normal Hepatitis c /b - normal What problem is this
