Semen analysis test review needed

Dear doctors, Please help to review the attached semen analysis test of my friend to find whether 32 million sperm count per 0.5 ml is good to get pregnant. He is worried because all the online information available on semen test is based on 1 ml semen , but he is got report for 0.5ml. Please check and reply us if any medication is required for increasing sperm count. Thanks in advance.
