My semen analysis report is Liquefication time: 2 hr 30 min Sperm count is 90 million/ml; motility : 20% active + 30 % sluggish + rest non motile; Pus cells; 6-8/HPF, Morophology Normal; 70% . Kindly suggest the treatment to improve motility and reduce pus cells.
