Recently I had been advised to get my semen analysis done...but due to unavailability of myself I'm not able to consult a doctor...kindly check if it is ok or not

Report seems to be a fine but need to increase motility a bit for better conceive chnaces and daily exercise avoid smoking and alcohol if any
