Hi. In my semen analysis test epithelial cells found nill rest is normal report. What does it means.???

its  a  normal  report.  nees  not  to  worry  .  if  other  criteria  are  normal. like  motility  etc

This is normal. You need not worry about epithelial cells being absent. The other parameters (count, motility, morphology, vitality, round cells, pus cells, etc) are more important.
