Hi, I had done semen analysis and I am attaching my report for reference. Can someone suggest how to improve it.

The report says severe oligospermia with very very low progressive motile sperm u need minimum 40 millions sperm count and 60% actively motile sperm to make ur wife pregnant u can try out with ayurvedic medicine to increase ur sperm count
