Semen analysis done , motility issue

Infertility problem , motility issue 10%, , sperm count 35 million/ml, non motile60%' sluggish motile 30%. Please suggest what is the exact problem and after marraige not conceived 1.5 years.

It is not possible to concieve with 10% motility and 35 million count u need minimun 40 million count and actively motile sperm 60% for pregnancy we can go with ayurvedic medicine to increase ir sperm count and motility without any side effect
