Semen Analysis and undescended testis

I done my semen analysis. It is 120mn per ejaculation and 31 mn/ml. I have 4ml sperm volume with one testis in scrotum with volume of 11cc and the other is undescended with vol of 3.7cc. Does my other testis functional too ie in intraabdominal area?
