My semen analyses as under:- Volume 3.5 Active motile 50 Sluggish motile 20 Non motile 30 Totel sperm count 115 Normal 50 Head defect 20 Neck defect 10 Tail defect 20 Aggulition pisitive Pus cells 5-7hpf Kindly tell me is it normal. If not what kind of treatment required docter suggest me inferno tab for one month. I have a daughter 2 year old after that did,t conceive yet.

It's normal fertile semen. Keep on trying, make regular physical relationship, during fertile period.

It is well within the normal range. Except for few puss cells. Continue the same treatment as advised. Visit a gynaecologist or an infertility expert for proper assessment.
