Respected doctor..my cousin brother had self harm scars and a cut on his wrist..later he undergone laser treatment for that around 6 months..scars are now appearing as burn scars..he is not satisfied with that treatment..is there any other options to remove that completely like skin grafting..please let me know..thanks..regards

Would need to see pictures of the scars to suggest better.  If you need skin grafting,  then you must see a plastic surgeon.  Or tattooing the area could be an option
