Hello mam, It seems like it is due to the vitreous gel in your eye...(floaters) But if they are contact not increasing then you dont have to worry about.. But if they are increasing with  drop in vision then you have to consult a doctor and get your retina evaluated.
Next Steps
Get yourself checked with ophthalmologist mostly you will find nothing but it will give you ease of mind.
Health Tips
Contact doctor immediately if floaters increases or vision drops

It is a harmless condition due to partial liquefaction of the jelly of your eye in front of the retina. Your own cells float in the liquid like miso quirked in a pond .. ignore it unless it is accompanied by persistent flashes of light or persistent drop in vision. Yo may be having some floaters in your eyes. Especially if you have high myopia there could be changes at vitero retinal interface. You need to undergo a complete retinal evaluation.
