I'm suffering from my right foot's second toe joint pain,since June 2015 nd physiotherapist n X-ray report say its not fractured its metatarsal archs problem. He suggested me to use some arch support.. Nd taught me few exercise,still nothing better, Sick from this pain nd swelling...Pls someone suggest me what to do?
