Second opinion on susten 400 mg vaginal

I am 7 weeks pregnant currently (natural) and I had a miscarriage two years before. My doctor suggested me to take susten 400 mg vaginal insertion tablets for two weeks. But I see that I am having constant headache, heaviness in breast, irritation while passing urine. Can anyone suggest if I should continue or should stop taking the tablet?
