Second exposure while on pep

I have unprotected sex for which I am receiving post exposure prophylaxis but  after 7 days of starting post exposure prophylaxis I get again a sexual activity for which hiv status is unknown, so should i extend post exposure prophylaxis for some days or take it as usual for 28 days
