Hello there...I can understand your concern. First of all it is important to differentiate between seborrhic dermatitis and psoriasis. Both can looks similar. But have completely different modes of treatment. Also you should learn that seborrhic dermatitis is a chronic skin condition. There's no permanent cure for it. It will need regular treatment. You have to use ketoconazole lotion, regularly, atleast once in 10 to 15 days as maintainence. Acute treatment will be once in 3 days. Kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
