Is there any advance scan other than color doppler since I have done multiple time said test but other than 3mm cyst nothing comes there however intermitant pain is there since last 2 years and no relief. As per urologist such cyst does not cause pain.

I am also agree that such small cyst are not likely to cause pain. No need of doing further test beyond USG scrotum with Doppler. It might be a neurogenic pain so consult your urologist and continue to be in his touch.
