I have had pain in my left testicles for the last 2 years which come back and go. I have done a usg scrotum and it's normal every time. Now currently it has been spread to the right testicles and lower abdomen with normal usg. I have taken all medications and scrotum support which is providing some relief but still it's not completely fine.
