After 5-6 hours of ejeculation i feel a scrotal pain on the back side of both testicles..it flare ups for 2-3 days and after that it starts come down by pain killers...if i dont ejeculate for 15-20 days then it becomes normal but again after ejeculation same thing happens... please suggest what could be a problem?
