There is a swelling in my right scrotum and little pain is also present .And pain begins in lower aide of abdomen when scrotum moves. I have no any problem in performing urine or anything. Bt only some pain is there and pain only occurs when scrotum moves. What should I do now?

You should get yourself examined by Urologist and you most probably will need an ultrasound of bilateral inguinoscrotal region.
