Hello, I have experienced bumps on my scrotum and realized they are called scrotal calcinosis What are the the choices of treatments and what I should I do to stop then from increasing in size and number?

It looks like Sebaceous cyst. Does not need any treatment. Cosmetically if you want excision is better.
