Scratches and cut penis skin after sex

Hi, I have dry skin. I suffer from dry skin itching near tighs some days before but I treated. Now I think I have problem on my penis skin because of my dry skin during intercourse. After intercourse rashes, cuts on my penis skin which was so painful. What should I do???
