Can TB cause scotoma in eye... If yes what are treatments... Is ATT enough or it can't be cured... Thank you

With Att specially with ethambutol 20 mg pyridoxine (B6) daily is must to preserve vision &any optic nerve comlicationsin.

yes it can cause  scotoma.moreover ethambutol in att itself  may cause retinal problem.for precaution take tab or inj methyl cobalamine.
