You have not mention, whether chest heaviness occur on some exertion & relived by rest or not. If it is coming with exertion than it may be due to angina, in that case coronary angiogram may help. Risk can be better explained after coronary anatomy clear after angiogram.

She needs a functional testing like TMT and if TMT not possible then myocardial perfusion PET scan or stress echo rather than coronary angiogram
