Just a simple question, after taking a shot of ever to swish in my mouth like mouthwash, the inside of my cheeks (after the burning and numbness stop) feel rough like sand paper or so, kinda bumby. I was wondering out of curiosity what is happening are the blood vessels on the inside of the cheeks dilating or is the skin tearing itself from alcohal

Hello Some mouth wash  contains minute content  of alcohol. And some contains  menthol which  actually  inhibit  sensation in particular  area.just have a mint leaf.you will  same experience. Actually  not blood  vessels. It actually  effect  on small nerve ends.temporary  loss of sensation reduces the irritation  in particular  area.as well numb.roughness  is because  of  blood vessels. Minute and more Number into mucosa.
