Sciatica symptoms

On January 6th, early morning, I was working with my team and as I stretched on the left side to fetch a packet, I experienced severe pain on my right leg, starting from my buttocks through the ankle. The pain was excruciating and continuous. I took two pain killers tablets of Voveran SR, but the pain remained. After about two hours, I somehow managed to visit an acupuncture doctor. The needle therapy relieved me a little, but I was still unable to sit. I continued the treatment for 4 days and then started physiotherapy. At the physiotherapy center, the physiotherapist forced my leg upwards as I was lying down on my back and the pain came back. The next day in the evening, I experienced the severe pain again. It got me in tears. After 5 hours, 5 pain killer tablets and 1 tramadol injection the pain subsided. Now, I am scared to do any movement. My right lower ankle stays stiff and has a continuous pain. Also the lower right leg has no sensation on the skin. Please help!
